The process begins when an eldercare service or life transition need is identified
- It continues with a Benevia Transition Coordinator evaluating all of the potential needs of a client and developing a customized plan for their individual situation
- It progresses when one or more Benevia Provider Network™ services are engaged to address the clients specific needs
- Benevia stays involved to ensure that each step goes smoothly and helps in cases where challenges are met
